1. Agreement to Terms

By placing an order on getsolominer.com, you agree to these Terms of Service in their current version at the time of purchase. Orders are binding upon confirmation of payment.

2. Product Description

SOLOMINER is a wearable device that performs SHA-256 Bitcoin mining computations at approximately 250 KH/s.

Important Disclaimers:

  • SOLOMINER is sold for educational and entertainment purposes only
  • The device is not an investment product
  • Mining rewards are not guaranteed
  • The probability of solving a Bitcoin block is extremely low
  • We make no representations about profitability or likelihood of rewards

3. Pre-Orders

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your device. We are not liable for mining profitability, network changes, or electricity costs.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
